To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in the same condition that they were received, and the return must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
Shipping and handling charges for returning the item are borne by the buyer.
– Items must still be in new condition, with no signs of wear.
– Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (brackets, rain covers, etc).
– If items are missing accessories, then the cost of the missing accessories will be deducted from the buyer’s refund.
Refunds are typically processed within one week of receiving the item. The funds will be deposited back in the buyer’s credit card account or PayPal account, and BikePak will send the confirmation of the refund by e-mail.

If the new item costs more, BikePak will charge for the difference in price. BikePak will refund the difference for new items that cost less.
Exchanges can be expedited by placing a new order before the return is processed. After placing a new order, send the return item back to BikePak, and BikePak will process the refund once the return is received.
